Central AC is delighted to invite your athlete(s) to compete in a brand new

Indoor Track and Field event at Grangemouth Stadium on Sun 24 Jan 2016.

This event is open to ALL U11, U13 and U15 athletes only.

This event is being launched directly in response to your requests for more winter track and field opportunities. Don’t miss out – places are limited! We are particularly keen to see our young, new and emerging athletes take part in this event.

The format on the day will be

Athletes will compete in teams of 4 (allocated in-house). Athletes in each team will be mixed to ensure all teams represent the spread of ability and experience across the Club.
All will compete with their team in shot put, long jump, 60M sprints and relays. Each team will rotate around these events with the relays traditionally at the end of the day. ALL athletes will receive a free T-Shirt.

Places in teams are limited – don’t miss out and join 96 of your fellow athletes at Grangemouth stadium for a superb afternoon of competition. If you are unlucky enough not to secure your place quickly, your athlete will be placed on a waiting list and we will aim to confirm as many as we can.
Athletes will register at 11.30am and we anticipate the event closing at 16.00 / 16.15. Please be aware the café facilities are closed on Sundays!

There will be space for spectators and all events will take place within the Indoor Centre at Grangemouth Stadium.

All recorded performances will be included into the Club database and will used for future team selection, an important and very useful marker for younger and new athletes.
As with all Club level sports we do rely on our volunteer supporters on the day. The event requires more than 30 volunteers to run smoothly – if you can help – please indicate your willingness to help via EntryCentral.

The cost of the Team Quadrathlon – includes the T- Shirt and is £5.60. (60p of which is EntryCentral admin).
