Our 2023 event was another great success! We’ll be back on Sunday 8 September 2024 – watch here for details!

Central Athletic Club is proud to present the Podfather Stirling 10km Road Race and Fun Runs on Sunday 10 September 2023 over our usual well-established courses.

Entries for all 3 events are open until 27 August!

For updates keep an eye on the event’s Twitter feed (@stirling10k), Facebook page (@PODFather Stirling 10k) or Instagram (@stirling10k).

Run on our traditional course, our super fast route offers fantastic views of Stirling Castle, Wallace Monument and the Ochil Hills. We have had the course officially measured and is certified to be accurate. But our race is not only for speedy runners! It doesn’t matter if you run 30 minutes or 1 hour 30 minutes, everyone is welcome and the last finisher will get just as big a cheer as the first finisher! Our aim is to give all runners the chance of doing their best time but enjoying it whilst they do so.

New for 2023 is our 3.5km fun run for ages 10 to 14.  This also follows the 10k route to the 1km marker where runners will be directed straight on at the mini roundabout along Forthside Way to the next mini roundabout. Runners turn right for a short section then turn right on to the river path which joins back on to the 1km to go marker and back to the finish line.

Adults are more than welcome to run with kids on the day, and do not need to sign up, just no dipping at the finish line!
