Is the 10k a tough course?

Run on our traditional course, our super fast route offers fantastic views of Stirling Castle, Wallace Monument and the Ochil Hills. We have had the course officially measured and it is certified to be accurate. 

The course is flat and fast – ideal for first time 10k runners, or those of you looking for an improved time.

What are the Fun Run courses like?

Our 2km Fun Run is for ages 5 to 9. This is also an out and back course following the 10km route to the 1km mark where runners turn and head back in to the finish.

The 3.5km Fun Run is for ages 10 to 14.  This also follows the 10k route to the 1km marker where runners will be directed straight on at the mini roundabout along Forthside Way to the next mini roundabout. Runners turn right for a short section then turn right on to the river path which joins back on to the 1km to go marker and back to the finish line.
