Central AC Press Report

Saturday night’s British Milers Club (BMC) Meeting in Stretford, Manchester saw three of Central’s men competing.  First up was Tom Watson in the 800metres where he was always in contention finishing third in the fine time of 1min 50.52secs.  Dale Colley also picked up the 800metres challenge and was rewarded with a personal best of 1-54.64.  Alex Hendry opened his track season by posting a quality time of 14min 50.25secs over 5000metres.
