The July club time trials are at the track at Lornshill Academy in Alloa on the evening of Thursday 27 July.

Warm-up and registration is from 6.30pm. The events on the track offer are 100 Metres, 200 Metres, 300/400 Metres, 800 Metres and 1,500 Metres as well as Relays. In the field, there’s Long Jump, Shot Put and Javelin.

The success of the evening is dependent on parental help with both Registration and Track & Field Judging – if you are not competing please volunteer with Dave Ingram, Will Hogg, John McDonald or Derek Easton.
