The May club time trials took place at the Stirling University track on Thursday 30 May. John McDonald reports:

Another massive thank you for a great night out for athletes and parents alike. There were 75 athletes which, I think, is a new personal best – but my memory is fading. Certainly the weather was pretty perfect. Good to see lots of new faces and a few returning ones. Special thanks to Will Hogg and to Jane Dunlop and her Long Jump team: 40 long jumpers – wow! Seven 4 x 100 Metres teams and three 4 x 300 Metres Relay teams. Congratulations to Katherine Mitchell showing true grit to finish the 3000 Metres and to Michael Anthony who came along and joined in a couple of weeks ago and powered through his first 800 Metres. The results are in the PDF file below.

There has been some discussion regarding the result of Heat 8 of the 100 Metres series – if anyone has a video of this race would they be happy to share it with John McDonald (mcdonald@johnglenallan.plus.com) ? I just want to get the result correct. If you do spot any errors, please also revert to John. Hope to see most of you for the June version on 27 June.
