I hope you are all enjoying training in our glorious summer sunshine. Our July time trials will take place on 30 July 2026 at the track at Lornshill Academy, Alloa. Please note that there will be NO TRAINING at STIRLING on that evening.

Registration is open from 6.30 and events start at 7pm. The event schedule includes

• 100 Metres;
• 800 Metres;
• 200 Metres;
• 1500 Metres (Under 16 and older);
• 300/400 Metres (Under 16 and older);
• 4*100 Metre Hurdles (teams will be made up on the night);
• 4*300/400 Metre Hurdles (Under 16 and older, teams will be made up on the night);
• Long Jump;
• Shot Put; and
• Javelin!
