Our Club Together Officer, Dave Ingram, is starting a new running group aimed at those new to running:
A 12 week, low-key running group, training towards running to the summit of Dumyat Hill.
Meeting every Monday evening at Stirling University at 7.15pm and venturing higher and higher each week. All levels of fitness welcome, you just need to be able bodied, have suitable footwear and a hill-friendly attitude!
