The Central wagon train moves to Lornshill Academy (between Tullibody and Alloa) this month for the last-Thursday-in-the-month time trials which take place on Thursday 31 July. There will be no training at Stirling University that night.

This month’s programme includes 100 metres, 200 metres, 300/400 metres, 800 metres and 1500 metres along with Long Jump, Shot Put and Javelin in the field and relays over 100 metres and 300/400 metres.

This is an ambitious programme – success is dependent on parental help on the night with both Registration and Track & Field judging – if you are not competing please volunteer with Dave Ingram, Will Hogg, John McDonald or Derek Easton.

Registration and warm-up from 6.30pm – registration adjacent to the Lornshill track.
