All too soon, the final time trial event of the summer is upon us. We are scheduled to host this at the Stirling University track on Thursday 29 August 2024. Events are Sprint Hurdles, 100 Metres, 800 Metres, 3000 Metres, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put and Relays.

Full details of the events and timings are in the PDF below, but registration and warm up is from 6:30pm. Please note that athletes wishing to take part in the sprint hurdles event should let John McDonald (mcdonald@johnglenallan.plus.com) know by Tuesday 27 August.

If you are able to assist on the night, this would be appreciated: please let John know in advance if possible. We look forward to seeing many of our athletes on the track on the night.
