Our second time trial event of the summer will take place on Thursday 28 May at the Stirling University track – all welcome! Fingers crossed for a balmy summer evening.

Registration is open from 6.30 and events start at 6.45pm. The event schedule includes

• Sprint Hurdles (pre-registration required by 26 May to membership@centralathletics.co.uk );
• 100 Metres;
• 800 Metres;
• 3000 Metres (Under 18 and older);
• 4*100 Metre Hurdles (teams will be made up on the night);
• 4*300 Metre Hurdles (Under 16 and older, teams will be made up on the night);
• Long Jump; and
• Shot Put.
